Who we are

What we collect

When you use this site and request a review, we may collect:

• —Contact information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code.
• —Intake answers you provide — your age band, retirement timeline, savings band, whether you have a pension, whether you already work with a financial advisor, and the concerns you tell us about. We do not ask for your income or net worth.
• —Technical information collected automatically — your IP address, device and browser information, and cookies or similar identifiers (including Meta identifiers such as _fbp/_fbc, fbclid, campaign/UTM parameters, and a first-party visitor identifier we use to understand how the site is used).

How we use your information

• —To provide the Retirement Readiness Review — to prepare your report and schedule and conduct your review meetings.
• —To contact you about your review by phone, text, or email.
• —To operate, measure, and improve our site and advertising.

How we share your information

We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers we use to run the review process, scheduling, email, hosting, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers are only permitted to use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve those ads. This lets us understand which ads led to a review request and to reach people who are likely to find the review useful.

As part of this, a limited set of information (such as a securely hashed version of your email or phone number, and the Meta identifiers described above) may be shared with Meta for measurement and matching. You can learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Your choices

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the review, to follow up with you, and to meet our legal and business requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Not directed to children

This site and the Retirement Readiness Review are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
